OK Mobility has become a new member of the Customer Experience Development Association (DEC), the first professional organisation in Spain to promote the development and implementation of best practices to improve customer experience.
Driven by professionals who lead this speciality in some of the leading national and international companies, we at OK Mobility have joined this organisation, in line with our aim to continue seeking excellence in our customers' experiences.
In this way, our DEC membership will allow us to benefit from the different events, reports, training activities and other initiatives promoted by the organisation, aimed at continuing to improve and update our customer experience know-how. And, from OK Mobility, we will contribute our expertise to the Association and share our stories of success in this area.
